EXCITECH EMD Series Versatile Machining Center CNC For Door, Wall & Cabinet Panels
The EMD Series versatile machining center is a multi-process CNC solution dedicated to door, wall panel and cabinet production. It combines routing, hinge drilling, lock mortising and contour shaping in a single clamping, replacing multiple single-function machines to cut labor and scrap loss. Built with heavy stress-relief gantry, auto tool magazine and segmented anti-scratch vacuum table, it delivers stable ±0.02mm precision for solid wood doors, high-gloss panels and integrated wall panels. Standard conveyor ports support linkage with nesting, edgebander and six-sided drill to build automatic production lines.
